90 Kiska is two projects in one. Half of the building originally housed offices for the San Francisco Housing Authority managing the Westbrook Apartment sites. The other half of the building housed maintenance, storage and a wood shop. The design modernized all of the office areas for the new owners to include new offices, conference rooms, new lobby and reception, as well as a staff lounge and kitchen. The large wood shop was transformed in to a new community room including a kitchen and a police office to support over 500 households in neighboring affordable housing developments.
